The mission of the Career Services Office of the Koç Graduate School of Business is to assist students in developing their career strategies starting from their first day in the program.

This does not imply imposing career tracks to students but it means providing the necessary tools and media for self-assessment, self-development and, ultimately an effective career search. The total of the career services aim to facilitate the process of shaping their own future and to aid them in attaining their goals.

In today’s business world, most of the challenging positions are announced through the “invisible job market”, without appearing publicly in the media. The long established relation of the Graduate School with companies provides an excellent access for applying to these positions. A considerable number of companies prefer to recruit by applying directly to the Career Office for their open internship and part-time or full-time job positions.
