The course deals with the range of corporate governance issues that have so occupied financial circles and stakeholders in the recent past: the monitoring and strategy roles of boards of directors; the role of independent directors; the rights of shareholders; the special role of institutional investors; corporate governance in Türkiye in the light of corporate governance developments in the United States, Europe and elsewhere; governance scandals which have driven demands for change. Emphasis is placed on corporate governance issues in Türkiye. The course on Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) considers the broad dimensions of CSR: from labour issues to human rights to environmental concerns, and from corporate philanthropy to corporate governance to ethical business practices such as avoiding misleading advertising and avoiding corrupt business payments. Emphasis is placed on the business case for CSR, especially from the perspective of companies operating in Türkiye, and on strategies for implementing CSR within business operations.

Multidisciplinary approach to the diagnosis and treatment of musculoskeletal disorders. The students will have theoretical and practical training in the emergency departments, outpatient clinics, operating rooms and inpatient sections of the hospital dedicated to Orthopedics, Physical Therapy and Rehabilitation, Rheumatology, Hand Surgery, Spine, Radiology and Algology. The program will include basic science topics related to clinical medicine; lectures, seminars, panels, clinical presentations, examination of laboratory tests, evaluation of pathologic findings and diagnostic imaging studies and related topics.
